I need to plug my CRM data into my website for end users to interact with it. And I’m not a developer. Where do I even start?

Cobalt Web Elements allow non-developers like me to let website visitors create a profile and interact with data from CRM in any number of ways. They can update their profile, purchase items from a store, subscribe to a newsletter, or register for a class or a large event. These are some – but not all – of the pre-built Web Elements Cobalt provides.

But what about other use cases? What if I want to offer users a dynamic directory of certain Contacts in my CRM? What if I want to put up a contextual lead form and have that data map back to CRM? There are so many scenarios for integrating CRM with my website that my business could benefit from!

Up until the latest version of Cobalt Engagement Dynamics, I’d have to use other, 3rd party tools or have a developer custom build these processes for my website. I could use Microsoft Portals, but then what about eCommerce? How do I collect payment? Putting my own custom processes in place on the website means coughing up some money and, if I’m having someone write code, taking on some risk.

My last blog post discussed how version 3.4 of Engagement Dynamics takes Web Elements to the next level, making them more flexible and user friendly than before. Now, I can build my own lists of data from CRM and display them to certain users on my website. I can create my own forms and persist users’ responses to CRM. I can even collect payment at the end of those forms.

Now you can see these custom Web Elements live, in action. Register for our webinar on Wed, Oct 31, 2018 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM EDT, hosted by Ryan Joyce, Cobalt’s Lead Sales Consultant. See for yourself what the possibilities are with Cobalt Web Elements.
