Identified: 5/29/2017 version 1.2.1

Fixed: 11/28/2017 version 1.3.0

Can’t find records in one or more Marketing Lists that are not in another

Identified: 6/1/2016 version 1.2.1

Fixed: Update Pending

Description:

It’s currently not possible to find records that exist in one or more marketing lists that do not exist in another. While it is possible to find a contact that does not exist in any marketing list the former does not work as expected. This should be possible by linking to the marketing lists that the records do exist in, then linking to the marketing list that the records doesn’t exist in with the “not in” condition.

Unable to Login to CRM for Phone / Tablet

Identified: 4/29/2016 version 1.2.1

Workaround:

Perform the following steps to update which entities the IQ plugin will run against.

Open the configuration page under the CRM IQ Solution.
Click the Some Entities radio button
Select the specific entities you want to use the IQ solution with. NOTE: The specific error in the Mobile App is due to the plugin being registered to run against the entities below. Be sure to exclude these entities on the configuration page.

  1. Channel Access Profile Rule Item
  2. External Party Item
  3. Sync Error

Also, note that it is recommended that you only Enable IQ for entities that you plan to use the functionality with in order to avoid performance impacts on your system associated with the overhead of the plugin that handles the IQ functionality.

Charts won’t render using “Does Not Have” filter

Identified: 3/17/2016 version 1.2.1

Fixed: 11/28/2017 version 1.3.0

Workaround:

While there is no supported way to directly handle the query execution when a chart is rendered we’ve added the ability for you to configure CRM IQ to save personal views with FetchXml modified such that it can be used for a chart in Dynamics. To enable this feature in version 1.3.0 or greater use the following steps.
Open the configuration page under the CRM IQ Solution.
Click ‘Yes’ under the Enable User View Persistence.
Click the ‘Save’ button to update the IQ Configuration.
Note, once a query is saved with this feature enabled you will not be able to modify the query in Advanced Find. We recommend you enable this feature temporarily to create the views you need and then disable the feature. Enabling this feature allows views saved in Advanced Find to be saved with their underlying queries modified to include the outer join conditions. This is useful if you want to use your personal IQ Views in Dashboard Charts or if you want to export your views to import elsewhere.

Identified: 10/19/2015 version 1.1.1

Fixed: 2/11/2016 version 1.2.1
