Cobalt partners with its clients, not just during the initial implementation, but post-implementation as well. Cobalt's Dedicated Solution Support Team is located at Cobalt headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, and provides support via telephone and the web.
Regardless of the method by which the support request arrives, Cobalt's support specialists strive to provide quick answers to our clients' questions.
Cobalt's support speaclists utilize Microsoft CRM software to manage all customer service requests, access key information about a client's service history and build a comprehensive knowledge base. All of our support specialists are certified in Microsoft CRM, and are highly training in all of Cobalt's products.
