Russell Inman, President & CEO

Mr. Inman brings a broad variety of technical and business knowledge to Cobalt. He also has provided the vision and entrepreneurial spirit that drives the company. His primary duties as President & CEO include general management of the company, client and investor relations and management of Cobalt’s consulting operations.

He has a Bachelors of Science degree in finance and accounting and a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs both from Georgetown University. Before serving as President of Cobalt, Mr. Inman worked on Capitol Hill and in investment banking. Mr. Inman’s prior positions and education have given him the solid finance and management background needed to lead Cobalt.

Chris Capistran, COO

Chris brings significant management, finance and marketing experience to Cobalt. His primary duties as COO include project management, product development and direct oversight of Cobalt’s programming and support teams. Chris has been the project manager on more than 100 projects in his 8+ years with Cobalt.

Chris has a Bachelors of Science degree in international relations from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration in technology management and finance from the University of San Francisco. Before serving as COO at Cobalt, he served as the Director of Business Development & Marketing on a project for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). In this position, Chris was responsible for developing a business and marketing plan for the program aimed at privatizing a division of USAID, a federal government agency. Prior to this position, Chris served as the Northwest Regional Program Manager for the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Foreign Missions.

Chris’ management experience and MBA education allow him to manage Cobalt’s operations and ensure the company’s continuing growth.
