Microsoft has released a set of major updates to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 called the Q4 2011 Service Update. Some of the feature updates include:

• New BI capabilities (chart designer - multiple data series on a chart; new charting types)
• Enhanced dialogs (additional data types; configurable URLs)
• New Social Media Features (micro-blogging)
• Enhanced integration with Office 365 platform
• Identity Federation - SSO for CRM Online customers with on-premise Active Directory
• Cross-browser support for the CRM interface (Safari, Chrome and Firefox) - to be delivered in the 1st half of 2012
