• Dashboard Fever

  Cobalt is gearing up for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Annual Educational Conference this week in Atlanta. In reviewing the concurrent sessions one in particular peaked my interest, "What Does Success Look Like? Meaningful Dashboard Reporting for Certification Organizations" (Wednesday, November 17, 2:00 - 3:15 pm). I am excited that ICE has scheduled a session on such an important reporting tool. Dashboards are important for trend analysis and guiding program management decisions.
