  Over the last 6 months Cobalt staff has been piloting the use of Adobe AIR for custom user manuals for our client's implementations. This pilot has generated great feedback and are now going to make this option available for to any new client that wishes to take advantage of this technology.

  Microsoft has released a set of major updates to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 called the Q4 2011 Service Update. Some of the feature updates include:

• Field-Level Security

  Many of the association professional we speak to requested field-level security. Thankfully, Microsoft must have been eavesdropping. In CRM 2011, you can specify which fields a user sees based on his role, so only the accounting folks can see specific financial information or membership managers can see survey responses, etc. Field level security can be applied to both standard AND custom fields, whatever your heart desires.
