Cobalt promotes employee Heather Marsh to Support Manager

Cobalt is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Marsh to Support Manager. Mrs. Marsh will oversee Cobalt’s growing team of technical and help desk personnel to ensure Cobalt’s clients receive the highest level of support and the personalized service they have come to expect from Cobalt.

Mrs. Marsh joined Cobalt in April of 2005 and quickly distinguished herself by providing exceptional support to Cobalt’s clients. Her over three years of service assisting associations and non-profits with help desk calls and technical support issues has provided her the experience to necessary to lead this department . Prior to Cobalt, she worked as a Web Consultant for an IT information web site. Mrs. Marsh has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
